1. What the service is
Maqasi is a personal tool for storing sizes. The app lets you keep your own sizes, and the sizes of people you choose, on your device so they are easy to find when you need them.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and measurements you enter. The app relies on what you record and does not independently verify it.
3. Sizes differ between brands
Sizes vary by brand and by product. A size recorded in the app reflects your previous experience with one particular product only. Maqasi does not guarantee that a future product will fit you based on a size saved earlier.
4. Pricing
The app is free in its current release. There are no subscriptions or fees at this time.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Maqasi, including its design, its trademark and its source code, are reserved to the owner of the app.
6. Ownership of your data
You own all the data you enter into the app. Using the app does not transfer ownership of your data to any other party.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided «as is» and «as available», to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. No warranties, express or implied, are given as to the accuracy of any result or its fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the user's country of residence remain reserved where they apply.
